RELEASE AND PERMISSION TO USE ORGANIZATION LOGO OR TRADEMARK

Your organization by and through its undersigned authorized representative, hereby
gives permission for Time to Care Texas to publish and/or use its organization logo or registered mark for
the following purposes connected with the business of the coalition:

• Website, social, and digital media

Time to Care Texas may use the organization’s logo or mark for these purposes without further
permission or acquiescence by the organization until June 30, 2025, and the organization hereby releases
Time to Care Texas from all liability and from any and all claims and demands surrounding the use of the
above logo, including any claims of libel.
